time occasionally off by one hour; reboot to 'fix'?

My phone occasionally is off by exactly one hour and I haven't a clue why.
If I reboot it, then it 'fixes' itself or if I go under the phone settings and do the update now under time synchronization, it corrects it.

Anyone else know about this problem and/or where else can I look to keep this from happening 2-3 times a week...

ok, I figured it out myself. I had activesync settings on my pc set to sync my phone with the pc when connected. My pc was off an hour so it was incorrectly setting my phone's time wrong! duh.
