Phone answering

this is very annoying already. i thought it was a flaw of a particular rom but no. it seems to be persistent now, though i dont know why. i am juicy 3.2 and very often the answer button fails. i mash it, and it can pick up soemtimes, but no guarantee. i dont know why this happens. any ideas on how to fix this?
