Re: Prevent sleeping durring a call
Prevent screen switching off during phone call --> HKEY_Local_Machine\Drivers\BuiltIn\RIL\EnableFastD ormantDisplayDuringCall to 0 (Note: does not work on all ROMs)
AND (tested and works on EU ROMs thanks to Rod65) HKCU\ControlPanel\Phone\Sleep switch value from 1 to 0 taken from list of tweaks here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=398265

Re: Prevent sleeping durring a call
Just out of curiosity, in what instance would you want to prevent the phone from going to sleep? Can you not wake it if you want to look at the calendar or notes (or whatever app you'd want to look at while on the phone) ? Just wondering why this is annoying... thanks!

Re: Prevent sleeping durring a call
Try adding ur p/w into the number dialed for voicemail. ie *86pp######, the p is a puase which allows the voicemail to answer before the p/w is entered. Also on my old Samsung i760 they had various timeout options for different functions. I wish my current phone had the same.

Re: Prevent sleeping durring a call
Surely there is a program that will lock the screen, dim it, and keep it on making it easily unlocked with a finger swipe so you can schedule an appointment or view an email, etc while on the phone?

Re: Prevent sleeping durring a call
Well here is what i found out...I loaded smart reg 3.5 and used the edit HKCU\ControlPanel\Phone\Sleep switch value from 1 to 0...The screen still turns off but now you can hit any button to bring the screen up and continue with VM or use speaker phone ect...the good part is that the screen can't be accessed to wake the phone...so your face can brush aginst or something and start accessing all sorts of stuff...
