help please!

my phone wont let me do a hard reset. it comes on and stops at the lock screen.

Anyways, the correct (and this will work no matter what anyone else says about it not working) sequence is Power + VolDwn + Enter + Reset.

Alternatively you could goto Settings > Clear Storage.

Next time use search
