Can I use any mini USB cable?

I was just wondering can I use any mini USB cable? If not which ones can I use. I went through one Diamond already cause it just overheated to death (maybe cause I charged it with my old mogul mini USB charger

). If you have any advice for the Diamond Noob it'd be appreciated.

I picked up some cheap mini usb adapters (pull to expand type) from Dollar Tree that would NOT work on the Diamond. I believe it draws more power than my 6700 did.

So the answer is ... yes, most will work, but be wary of cheaper cables.
