Seller did not include the fact that he would be filing an insurance claim through Asurion, which is the cell phone insurance company for Sprint , Verizon, Tmobile and ATT. I have actual live proof including shipping receipts showing account information for another sprint customer plus my name, name on the shipping box , and included envelope from Asurion to return a defective phone... etc etc....


I have already included these items with my dispute with Paypal so I would not have to worry about them later.

That's tenuous, is it not? I was promised a brand new phone, and I received a brand new phone. My main concern is having someone else get screwed through my transaction. Obviously, I had no idea this was even a possibility until AFTER I received my phone or I would have never purchased it.
