Quick Dial contacts/calling from contacts calls with 1 then area code..

for some reason whenever i use my quickdial it puts a damn 1 before the full number.. for example..
1-xxx-xxx-xxx
before it wouldnt do this..im testing juicys rom..before i was on conflippers..but idk if that has anything to do with it...but is there anyway ..or setting that changes this??
