Diamond will not sync. Tried everything.

I am having the worst time trying to figure out how to sync this diamond back up. I synced it yesterday, then I flashed to the Juggalo .4 sprint rom and I did not like it. I have advanced network functionality unchecked, I removed everything and reinstalled all the drivers and WMDC multiple times. I resorted to flashing from the internal storage. I've had this problem before, but last time, it was fixed by unchecking advanced network functionality. Now, I have no clue. Help? Thanks in advance.
