unable to sync contacts with outlook

i just installed outlook and as i went to sync my contacts wouldnt go on my phone also active sync kept syncing and woildnt stop

any help?

are you just syncing to outlook or is there an exchange server involved? try restarting the computer. my computer wouldn't sync with my boss' diamond yesterday either. restarted the damn thing twice and then it worked fine.

to sync with outlook using exchange make sure to use the full domain name of your exchange server. You must also have the www.domainname.com/exchange in your server path.

Before 6.1 you could just use the ip address of your exchange server but now for some reason you cant on 6.1
