And my $7 repair&insurance plan is still usable from when I was using my Mogul!
Guess the ebay guy really DID have a fire sale on his last two Diamonds with clean ESNs.

I got e-mailed back from Sprint and the rep told me there wasn't anything real special she could do and it would be 249.99. the email is littered with all sorts of retarded errors...

I'd make Sprint pay for outsourcing to someone with bad grammar and hold them at their word. You have it in writing that she is feels bad that you CAN return your phone!!!

BTW I paid about $249 after MSN live cashback on ebay. Sprint didn't want to budge on any deals for me.

Honestly if you any of you guys are interested pm me or email me at steve@thewirelesscenter.com I am an indirect for alltel and sprint and if you qualify for an upgrade i can get you the phone for alot cheaper than you would going into a retail store.
