Existing, out of contract, no threats... after rebate and credits $139. Original charge to my account $399..credit 140$ (70 per line renewal) credit $100 in leui of rebate.

$-100 muaaahahaha. Sprint ate my phone cost, 'cause they shipped to an APO... via UPS. Impossible mang! I had to spend about 10 hours on the horn with all sorts of different reps. Finally got a Tier 3 sup...money refunded. $100 credit. It's more complex than that, but in a nutshell... I might just 'lose' this one too, use it for a test device, get a newer release and hope some of the heat/battery issues get better.
