Where is Opera

I did a hardreset on my sprint diamond after reloading sprint stock rom.
then did soft reset twice to avoid installing sprint bloatware and save 20MB. but Opera is not working when I click on the globe.

where Can I find Opera in my phone to install it?

In the \windows directory
