Little Help?

Well this is my first Thread posting so I would like to say hello to all! I just purchased a Sprint Diamond in hopes of putting it on the Alltel network. Here in lies my problem. I Unlocked the phone, Changed the MSL to all zeros, and Flashed the Alltel ROM. All looks like it's working well. I called Alltel customer care to do and ESN Swap. I was unable to do the automatic upgrade so they had me manually fill in the numbers. I am able to call Alltel support numbers now, but no other numbers work. I spent over an hour of the phone with them and then had to run. Is there anything that I could try to do to get this working. Where I'm at right now is my Moto Q is deactivated and the Touch is supposed to be activated. I can do PRL Updates i just can't activate the phone. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance!!

Bump, Anyone have any Ideas? Does anyone know how to check the ESN in the phone software? Thanks again!

dial ##778 and then click on view. this will show you your esn number. also you can try going into a corporate store and have them activate it. that is what i did with my sprint diamond.

i was unable to do a esn swap over internet. you can either call customer serive from a landline. 1800-alltel-1 and ask to do an esn swap, or go to a corporate store.

Thank you for the reply! I just got the Voice working, now I'm working on Data. I'm only 1 step away!! Woooo Hoooo! I just keep getting a Cannot Connect/ Diall: #777. I've checked all of my security settings.
HDR AN AUTH User ID: (My Number)@alltel.net
HDR AN AUTH Password: The ESN I gave alltel (A100000*******)
PPP User ID: (My Number)@alltel.net
PPP Password: alltel

Any Ideas for Data?

go to ##778 on your touch and go to
M.IP Settings, M.IP default Profile and m.ip customer profile1

and make sure they are identical from your touch and your diamond.

that is what i did and i have data working 100%

I'm upgrading from a Moto Q. I have a friend that has a HTC 6800 and that's where we're pulling our settings from. Do you know how to pull this info off of a Moto Q6 with WM5?

Update: I got Data working just not EVDO. A friend of mine is going pick his diamond at lunch so we're going to compair settings then.
