Halloween is showing up on the 30th?

My company uses Exchange and I have the Diamond setup to sync calendar, tasks, contacts. It works great but for some weird reason Halloween US is showing up as an all day event on the 30th on my Diamond and it shows up as an all day event for the 31st on my computers with Outlook 2007 and 2003. Anyone know what might cause this or how to get them in sync? Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years are all the same.
