** Issue Regarding Accessing Business Voicemail System

I am trying to access my business voice mail from my sprint touch diamond. I need to press ** without any pause in between. When I press ** in quick succession, there is a p and then a w after the first *. Every other digit I am able to press twice in rapid succession but not **. Any help is appreciated. I tried short and long tones and still have the same issue. I need to be able to press ** to access my voice mail messages from my business mailbox Btw, if I wait one second after the first *, I can enter the second *but the one second pause is too long.

try hitting the back button quickly (to the right of where your dialed numbers appear, near the top) and pressing star again, otherwise you could dial your number, say it's 212 555 1234 p * * which would dial the number, then ** after the line picks up, i think the w has it pause until you push a button on the screen and then dials ** if you use that instead... good luck

Thanks for the advice. I will let you know if your suggestions work when I try them in a short while.

I tried the back button as you suggested and it works perfectly. Thanks for the help. I also tried dialing the number with a p and then two *'s but it dialed the pause and two stars after the line started to ring. The voice mail system is set to answer after 6 rings. This is my first WinMo device and I appreciate your help.
