Phone Lock Feature

I have a bit of a problem with my new diamond. My corporate email requires me to have the Device lock activated on my phone to access our Exchange Server. The problem is that the highest default time you can set the lock to is 5 min. When I am trying to use my navigation, the phone will lock every 5 minutes. Does anyone know how I can:

A) Trick Exchange into thinking I am using the lock feature and turn it off
B) Set the lock so that it won't turn on when I am using the Sprint Navigator
C)Extend the lock time more than five minutes. 30-60 should be good.
