PocketShield Screen Lock

Just discovered Pocketshield today.... the deal breaker for me is that it is simply a screen protector and does not address security at all. Pity... looked like a good app.

To get the optimal usage experience of PocketShield, password protection must be disabled. Remember that PocketShield is not a security application, it is a screen protection application. If password protection is a must for you then you can use it together with PocketShield but then it could be not so comfortable for you to have to enter your PIN each time you need to unlock or use the phone.

It's junk. An incoming call is often impossible to answer as it won't unlock. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

How do I remove it?

I use it and it never interferes with calls and it's much lighter than S2U2.
I find it works best if you set it to turn backlight off after a minuite and turn off device after two minuites. Set it to auto-start with backlight off.

BTW To remove pocketshield try to remove it at Settings/System Tab/Remove Programs. If that doesn't work you could use sktools or memmaid to uninstall it or manually delete related files and folders using File Explorer.
