No, of course it didn't. Duh! I used a heat gun instead and it got plenty hot. Once my Diamond cools down, sometime next week, I should be good to go.

DANGIT rainfreak, why didn't you tell us about the heat gun awhile ago??? I used the blow dryer and it didn't work......so I used a hot glue gun instead and the phone keeps stickin to my ear!

no need to apologize. Just start a thread containing the most effective and safest way on how to completely cure the original plastic screen cover on the diamond for the best fit and protection without getting scalded and/or superglued. OK, I'll shut up now....im on a chit load of vicodins and makes me kinda wooooozie (surgury). not addicted. yet.

I leave the plastic on because I don't want my phone screen to get scratched up and I'm too cheap to get a protector from Invisible Shield(and I'm still on the fence as to if I should EBay this Touch Diamond once the Touch Pro is released, or if I should keep an eye open to see if Sprint will recall the Touch Diamond due to the Heat Shield not being in the phone, behind the key buttons).
