Re: is there a way to NOT default to wap pages?
I got mine to work, but now i encountered a new problem. I no longer can view work emails via Outlook webmail/webmail express?!?! I am able to get into the site and webmail does load up, but the actual emails will not download and i just see an empty white section. I did see a "javascript error" message that popped up. I was able to view the webmail prior to an Opera:config changes...I tried to hit default/reset in the Custom User agent section and did a soft reboot but it does not change anything. I am a newb and any suggestions for this problem is really appreciated....thanks

What version of Opera are you guys using? I have 9.5/2745...
I did what rainfreak described and its still not working. The settings are still being saved after a soft reset though. It's just still goign to mobile pages. I've been testing w/ espn.com |

I thought I read in another post that you just have to change the settings to say "view as if from desktop" and it will load all pages as normal.......?

Might also want to check out UAProf URL, and clear the field out.
nytimes.com started working properly after clearing it and restarting opera. First visit to nytimes showed a fullscreen advertisement for Dell, so you know you're not missing the desktop experience! |
