PRL / Profile updates: 1012 errors all the way.

What's the story with this? I'm on Sprint, and for the month or so that I've had the phone, I cannot update my Vision profile or PRL.

Every time, I get a 1012 error.

Data services work just fine, though. What am I not doing?
