Call history not resolving phone numbers to names in Contacts...

Up until recently, I was using the USB cable and Outlook to synchronize contacts.

Not too long ago, I purchased OggSync for use on my computer and phone; being a Gmail / Google Calendar user, I love the OTA sync that it offers. So what I did was remove all of my phone's contacts by blanking my Outlook contacts (moving them to a non-synchronized folder) and then synchronize everything with my Gmail contacts.

The phone numbers are in the same format in Outlook and Gmail, but oddly, the past phone calls are not resolving to names. So if Jane Doe is (123) 456-7890, and Jane is in my contacts, my call history shows her as (123) 456-7890 - not "Jane Doe".

New calls from Jane Doe create a separate entry in my call history with her name as expected, so I'll see a recent entry for "Jane Doe" AND the past entry for (123) 456-7890.

Any way to clear this up?
