A few weeks ago, I called in to Sprint following everyone's advice on the board in regards to my mogul being a piece of $hit. Initially offered me $50 off in account credit, but was later boosted to $50 account credit and an instant $100 off the purchase.

I received the diamond, lo and behold, I run into some severe battery issues *after cycling, and in good reception area, 4 hours off full charge...* I call into Sprint and they tell me I'll need to wait 4 days for a replacement with no alternatives. Unacceptable. So I escalate it. Lady tells me to bring it into my local Sprint store (about a block away) for an equal exchange and gives me another $75 for my troubles. Total for a Diamond: $24 + Taxes. And I get to keep my mogul...

This is on top of the fact that I've upgraded 2 other lines on my account to the Samsung Slider, 3 months of no bills, free EVDO on 1 line, 500 txt messages / $1/month, and 22% EPP discount. Gotta say, I'm loving Sprint right about now...
