HELP-lost pictures
I have lost the visual link from the my documents/ my pictures file and the viewer used to change wallpaper contacts etc. Can someone please advise me how to get the application working again.
 Everything is showing correctly in file explorer, it just seems to have lost the ability to have the images show up.

cant you just hard reset? how did you loose it?

I claim newbie status and was worried about losing settings. have downloaded backup ap and am now now proceeding to hard reset.
