I have a problem kindof like this one......

My phone keeps getting this white picture of a face stuck in my background.

If I take off touch flo, which is still the factory software on mine, it goes away.

I have hard reset. It worked fiine for a few days and now it's doing it again.

Is anyone else having this problem or does anybody know what I should do?
