For one, is the picture you want on your today screen already saved to your pictures folder? If so all you have to do is go to the wallpaper setting in the settings area and select which picture you want to use for that background. As far as the various clocks and icons go, there are different cabs you can install on your phone to get them. They are scattered all throughout the threads pretty much.
