VGA-Friendly Launcher?

OK, I'm officially over TF3D, made it for 3 weeks, which is not bad....

I'm looking for a Today plug-in launcher that is VGA friendly but not as elaborate as SPB Mobile Shell or the other UI hijackers..

Ultimate Launcher seems to have the right amount of features, but I can't get it to work VGA. All the icons are tiny and I can't figure out a way to make them a finger-friendly size.

Can anyone recommend a VGA-friendly launcher plug-in or let me know whether there is a way to configure UL that I'm just missing?

I tried what was supposed to be a VGA version of HTC Home but the icons were still tiny. Maybe I just don't know how to configure these correctly.

It's not Ultimate Launchers fault, its works with the icons YOU give it. Your icons were obviously QVGA and must be resised. If you have Photoshop just double the "Image Size" values.

UL works if you just change the default icon size in UL settings. You don't need new icons.
