Yes, this does not seem to be a functional update for VGA, seeing left half of screen only on my Diamond.

I get the half-screen right from the beginning. The keyboard workaround doesn't work for me.

Lol, nope! Still got my 6800. I'm waiting on the pro, I haven't liked what i've seen/heard about the diamond. esp. the people who have low memory on that device. doesn't seem right that i have more free memory at boot than some.

however, i do not have to disable the keyboad on my 6800 on any version of skyfire. probably cuz it not VGA.

Yes guys, I must admit after using this version for the last 24 hrs, it is buggy on the Diamond, while the half screen work around does work (some of the time) I have noticed that the Diamond get very hot when surfing, hotter than when surfing with Opera. This version is not completely Diamond ready IMO.

skyfire forums said in an email to me that vga fix is comming. they seem to want diamond users. go figure, well back to opera. thanx anyways

I was able to get Skyfire working by using a utility called Tweaks2k.net (http://www.tweaks2k2.com/) Load up the programs and under System Tweaks, you will see an option called VGA Brute Force. Use the folder button to find where you have Skyfire installed (Mine was on Internal Storage/Program Files/Skyfire/Skyfire.exe) Once you do this click the button below to enable, or again to disable VGA Brute Force for Skyfire. Once this is done you will get Skyfire to work Full Screen, but it will not be VGA Quality(it will still be scaling the video.)

Option 2:

Just unzip and copy the file 'Skyfire.exe.0409.MUI' to your Skyfire Folder. Done!!!

tried it, still have half screen issue.
