Re: SkyFire 7081!
i got it to work on version 4721. load skyfire to internal, when it asks to launch DONT. dump the exe. into skyfire folder in internal/program files. goto start programs and launch skyfire. no half screen. going to try other versions later and post back. no keyboard issues also. goodluck edit, heres the cab for 0.80 dont worry what it says. also works. http://rapidshare.com/files/14804225...PPC50.CAB.html

Re: SkyFire 7081!
The previous version of Skyfire would not even install on Diamonds, it said "This version of Skyfire is not compatible with this device", however this version allowed the install, and after about an hour of surfing I had no problems. I also warned readers and retracted that statement in POST#18 but I guess you did'nt read it.

Hour of surfing on half a screen? If you got the entire screen running and able to type in address and press the arrow with no issues....Please enlighten us on directions, because the directions that where posted earlier in this forum didn't work for most users. |

It's not a big deal. I was not trying to challenge you. More wondered if I was missing something on the Skyfire page. While it is great that this version is quasi working on the Diamond, it would be better if we knew for sure they were actively working on VGA support. I have seen posts that claim it will be out any day now, and others that say that they are focusing on iPhone and Java support and will not fix VGA in the near future. |

Re: SkyFire 7081!
I haven't run into the half screen issue yet with this new version. I used the previous version on the diamond and ran into the half screen once in a while. I downloaded both of these with IE, not Opera.
