How do i put my stuff back on the diamond

i synced my stuff before i flashed the rom. then after flashin i connected it again, it sinced, but there is nothing showing. do i need to reset it or how?

start active sync (or windows mobile device center if you're using vista) and sync it w/the profile you created before the flash
