Bluetooth AUTO ON when charging, and off when not charging

Don't know if this is exactly right place to post this, but I am wondering with the battery issues, are there any apps or is it possible to have the blue tooth only turn on if AC power is on (such as in the car) and turn off when unplugged? I only use blue tooth for hands free in the car and would be handy instead of doing it manually always.
