Bluetooth AUTO ON when charging, and off when not charging
 

Don't know if this is exactly right place to post this, but I am wondering with the battery issues, are there any apps or is it possible to have the blue tooth only turn on if AC power is on (such as in the car) and turn off when unplugged? I only use blue tooth for hands free in the car and would be handy instead of doing it manually always.

On my Palm-based Treo, I had an app called Power Hero that could be configured to set the state of the Bluetooth radio based on a number of conditions. You could even set Bluetooth to turn on when you receive an incoming call and then turn off after some time of inactivity. That helped my battery life quite a bit. Wonder if there is any WinMo equavalent.
