picture and pic mail help

I have some movies (mp4) loaded on my internal drive and when I open up the photos and videos tab the phone moves slow. if I click on a picture or video I have just made and try to send it, it will allow my to add a contact but not show the media that I am trying to send and then freezes. any ideas? this just started today and I have sent video and pics with the movies I have on my phone before.

if it worked before and now it doesnt and you havent made any changes to your phone I would say to do a soft reset and try again. gl
