Battery Fix

Dear Chefs/Users,

I wanted to share with you, what I believe to be the source to the better battery life on my 2.4.X Roms.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\Battery]
"PollInterval"=dword:4E20

I've shared the fix with Ghetto, and he has confirmed, and will likely incorporate the reg into future iterations of the kitchen.

Original credit goes to DCD (XDA) as I noticed this was a registry from his old Titan Kitchen.

Making changes now

Tried to make the changes through MemMaid like I always do. I was able to enter the 4, that was it. Could not enter the E. WTF

Just to clarify, I open up PHM REG ED. I go into HKLM\Drivers\BuiltIn\Battery. Second from bottom I see PollInternal. I click on it. It brings up an Edit screen. Under "Base", "Decimal" is selected. Is this the value data that I edit?

Running stock Sprint ROM.

That would explain my better battery life with 2.4.1. I went back to 2.4 due to issues with Net Framework. I just made the changes to the registry and I'll let you know.

When I navigate to that registry setting, mine has a value of 5000. When I try to edit, It will not allow me to enter the"E". I'm on the standard Sprint Rom and using MemMaid.

Changed on a stock Sprint rom with Total Commander. Thanks for the tip. I'll report any difference noticed.
