Re: Battery Fix

No difference in e stock rom with this reg edit.... Battery life still is horrible in fringe areas. Watching my Phils in my favorite Chickee & Pete's cost me half a full battery in less than 3 1/2 hours....

maybe im reading that wrong, but 3.5 hours of streaming video and only 50% battery drained? seems pretty fantastic to me

+1 be realistic about how much juice is required to run a device like the diamond.

I'm sure HTC is sorry that you were only able to stream media wirelessly onto a device that fits in your pocket for up to seven hours.

If anything they should apologize to me for my battery only lasting five.

Re: Battery Fix

Not to be a downer here, but you guys are probably misinterpreting what he said. Chickee & Pete's is a sports bar. Unless it's the world's crappiest sports bar, I'm pretty sure that a nationally televised postseason baseball game was being shown. He likely meant that in the span that he was in the bar (less than four hours), the battery drained 50%.

But who am I to interrupt a dog pile? This is just my first post...

How about we report whether this registry change makes a difference with the Stock (or non-Juicy) ROM, as related to the original post, and discuss matters related thereof?

It's pretty clear it works, period.
