Registry fix to have Camera start in portrait

I have searched and did not have luck finding anything related to the question. It's defaulted to go into landscape mode automatically, is there a way that it starts up in portrait? TIA!!!!!!!!!

why? the camera app is designed for Landscape it wont render the menus correctly in portrait.
