Dropped my Diamond (post your battle scars)

It was raiing quite hard and I was in an alley where the wind felt like a hurricane was comming. I made a dash for the nearest opening. Wasn't using an unbrella nor did I have any sort of rain coat or any protection against the rain.

When suddenly, I hear something fall.. I see my phone bounce and slide. Battery slid to another direction. The battery cover flew off and kept flipping down the block..

Grabbed the phone ran for the cover, ran back to get the battery.. Lost the stylus.. It was no where in sight..

Picked it up, top over the ear piece you can see the shining metal under the smoked paint that there once was.. Stylus corner has some paint chipped off as well..

Screen was ok, the touch pad/dpad area seems a bit lifted on the right side. no scraped in the front, thank goodness..

Wiped off the moisture, took it home, and put it under a dryer for a while, before putting the battery back on. Powered up ok..

All that was going thru my head was.. Exi3ld's phone picture..

The phone was in the HTC casing closed and tucked under my shirt.. It's what surprised me that the phone flew out in the first place, i usually just keep phoes in my pocket, but this one I put in the case because the screeen protector was peeling and getting lint on it.. So much for that.. Back in my pocket..
