Phone Frozen after ROM upgrade

I upgraded my Sprint diamond to Juicy's ROM 2.2 a week ago, seemed working fine until this morning.

I was turning on airplane mode & suddenly phone crashed, froze on today screen, screen & buttons got unresponsive.

I tried many soft resets, didne't work.

I tried to hard reset the handset, somehow it wouldn't let me. (soft reset instead)

Now I'm stuck w/ non-working phone, keeps blinking for notification but nothing else is happening.

Now I want to relock the handset and get a replace, but I can't get active sync to work.

I need some help!

Re: Phone Frozen after ROM upgrade

Why not put it in bootloader and reflash a ROM.

Not being able to hard reset is probably just because you're not fully engaging all the buttons needed. Keep trying at it, and make sure you hold them all down, including the reset button.

Re: Phone Frozen after ROM upgrade

Thanks tobeychris for replying,

I don't really know how to put it in bootloader & reflashing,

Could you refer me to any source that can teach me how to?

(No buttons or touch screen's working but I can only get flash memory connection.)

Thanks hempy for replying.
I tried many times holding all three keys firmly down but still unable to hard-reset.
It still only soft resets every time.
Now I really want to know how to use bootloader & reflash.
