Stylus Removal Action

Is there a way to change what happens when you remove the stylus from the Diamond.

I really like how it turns on the phone when you take the stylus out when the phone is off...what I want to change is what happens when you take the stylus out when I am on a phone call. I do not want it to run the notes program...I want it to run some other notes program that is better than the build in notes.

Is there a reg edit that I can make to change that?
