The solutions have already been posted to fix the issues i want to use the poll only for people to vote so we can try to figure out which issues affect which users....Please do not post my internet doesnt work as this will not be a help thread just a thread to vote in.I will also make the votes public.

I powered on before activating (for a few days), activated online, and data worked fine. I did have trouble activating via customer service, which led me to try and activate online.

I chose the last suggestion because I couldn't use the online activation without the help of the chat service. The chat guy was able to get my phone activated and I never experienced any data nor picture mail issues.

we also need to figure out WHEN you got your diamond because i think only the first batch was sent out with the data profile thing set to 0

Mine was ordered on Sept 16th. I received it on the 19th and activated on the 21st.

I received the Diamond, activated it, used it for a little while, stopped working. No internet, bad reception, very very bad. Had to send it back again. Thinking of getting a Blackberry. Oh well.
