Cant get my home page to be Yahoo?

I want my home page with Opera to be Yahoo. For some reason I can only get it to show up as the mobile yahoo. and now its a spanish mobile yahoo?!?! When I go to Opera > settings > start page, I have "user-defined" checked and have http://www.yahoo.com entered there but when I click the home button it takes me to http://us.m.yahoo.com and sometimes it goes to a spanish version of that page.

P.S. I DONT have "mobile view" checked under the display settings in Opera.

set it to:
http://www.yahoo.com/?rs=1

Do you want to see the mobile view of any website without expressly typing it in? There is a way to permanently eliminate the auto-redirect. Search for the thread about desktop view in this forum. Unfortunately the tag is still identifying as a mobile browser regardless of that checkbox.
