Need help w/ keyboard prob (sprint)

Keyboard was fine until I had to hard reset (likely due to Gsen?--getting really hot & won't recharge...). Then the Full Qwerty Keyboard and others won't give alphabet (ABC) part of the keyboard...just number and symbols.
when ABC tab or key is pressed nothing changes. also, in phone keypad and compact qwerty, only numbers are typed when a key is pressed. (same w/ messages, text mess, word, notes...) help!

If you haven't fixed this yet, I would recommend another hard reset.

I've run into the same proboblem and came across this thread.... What was your resolution?

EDIT: I found a resolution to this issue.... I uninstalled PCKeyboard and soft reset.... Fixed the problem....

i had the same problem...a hard reset made it go away, though I do wish i knew what was causing it...
