Add non listed Program onto Programlist

Ok I have read the fourm but did not see this anywhere.
I want to add a shortcut to my Games folder on the "Programs" (touchflow menu) But this is not listed when you clik on the + to add.
How do I add this or other programs that are not listed to that menu.
