It's no2chems's 1% battery.dll and QuickMenu. With quickmenu set to show the battery on taskbar with Percent selected from the "view" tab.

Unfortunately, the 1% drivers don't work on the Diamond.

EDIT: my bad, I was using the wrong version.

Batti 2.4 kept getting stuck with the bar always indicating charging. I like VistaHide way better. Simple is better in this case.
