on my touch before I felt that batti took more cpu consumption vs vistabattery guage. is the new 2.4 batti better?

That is one of the things tmz didn't list from the page. Those two enhancements are to improve/lower cpu usage. But I can't tell the difference between v2.3 and v2.4. My vogue processor is fast enough, and those with the diamond...now worries, it's even faster!

Unfortunately, the 1% drivers don't work on the Diamond.

EDIT: my bad, I was using the wrong version.

Batti 2.4 kept getting stuck with the bar always indicating charging. I like VistaHide way better. Simple is better in this case.
