G-alarm: Sophisticated alarm clock for Windows Mobile About the G-alarm I developed G-Alarm because I'm pretty lazy in the morning. I sometimes snooze the alarm for 30 minutes which is not really good as you can imagine. So I decided to develop an alarm clock which gives me some activity in the morning: If you want to, you can set G-Alarm to force you to guide a ball through mazes before you can snooze or stop the alarm. Of course, you can also disable this feature and use it as a "normal" alarm clock. A list with some features:

NavTetris v0.2 - A Christmas Gift for all XDA Touch Pro Owners Hi all, I'm new to this and own a Touch Pro recently. I started to write some games on it and NavTetris is my first window mobile game project. I would like to share it with all of you as a christmas gift. NavTetris is a Tetris game for touch pro (It may work on Diamond as well but I don't have a Diamond to try it on). Tetrominoes can be moved and rotated based on the readings from accelerometer and scrollwheel sensors. It should work on both Portrait and Landscape modes. [How to play] Tetrominoes can be moved by tilting your device to the left or right, or by using the left or right key. Tetrominoes can be rotated by using the scrollwheel (both directions), or by using the up/enter key (only clockwise direction). Tetrominoes can be dropped to the bottom by using the "down" key. [How to install] *** Please uninstall previous version first before installing any new version *** Download the attached cab and install. [Version History] v0.2 - Fixed bug in resume mode (Discovered by rareness4) v0.1 - First beta release I don't know whether I will have enough time to maintain it, but comments are always welcome. I hope you'll like this game ![]() NavTetris.zip NavTetris v0.2.CAB Follow the this thread for updates: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=455535 Last edited by jethro_static; 12-07-2008 at 11:48 AM. |

Re: Most interesting free Diamond apps Downloads here.
An early Xmas present from our comrads at XDA. U guys remember that Snow Globe we use to love when were little? Now we can have it right on our phones.
Created by: cgeboers of XDA Diamond SnowStorm Here is a "Snow Dome" type of application. Completely useless, but it was fun for programming. Try using it 2 days in a row ![]() Watch this space for enhancements over time. - Changed the speed All new version on 22 Sep 2008 This has been a complete rewrite of the SnowStorm application and it was a good learning school ! Despite the complexity ![]() I am really impressed with the 3D capabilities of the Diamond ! Using the OpenGLES SDK to create a "pseudo" 3D layout. - Snowflakes will be larger in the front then in the back. - If the PDA is laying horizontal, snowflakes will "disappear" to the back-end or stay on the front after a while - Pseudo horizon, fixed at about 50% of the screen. - Simple graphics, trees are placed randomly, snowman is fixed - Simple turbulence (any pointers to good algorithms are appreciated) - Snowflakes disappear behind trees/snowman, depending on their position in space. They will travel through them however - Simple collision detection, only sides of the "frustum" are checked, as well as the artificial floor. Click on the top part to be asked to quit the program. Click on the lower (25%) of the screen to restart it. Expect some other enhancements over time too. Needs CF 3.5 ! Important: If you like my applications and want to donate, consider a donation to Koushik. After all it is thanks to his (and the many other developers) work and readiness to share it that I can write these programs. I (currently) still get enough satisfaction in writing these programs. ![]() Download here: SnowStormInstaller01.CAB SnowStormInstaller02.CAB Follow the thread here: Snowstorm XDA thread Last edited by jethro_static; 12-10-2008 at 02:03 AM. |
