My own music on my phone

I have Vista and XP but dont see how that helps to find the music thats on my phone.

With Windows explorer Go to "My computer", "HTC Diamond" (or whatever else name you gave to it) and then on the top search bar on the right type eaither "mp3" or any artist you know you have synced in. the folder where are your file should be located
