Why does it vibrate when I MAKE a call?
When I make a call I get a quick Vibrate. Is that a Option, Feature or a Bug?

If OPtion how do I shut it off?

Is is an option. Open the dialer, click on the right softkey (Menu), then Options. Click on the Advanced tab and uncheck "Vibrate device when connection is established."

beat me to it. i like this on my diamond, dont have to look when calls connected when using speeker.

Vibrate tends run battery down extremely fast so I was looking for ways to preserve battery.

With GSM you don't connect until the other party actually picks up the phone, so its worthless to me. I shut it off, if it vibrated when it started ringing it would be better
