mine has AudioPara3_Diamond#C.csv do i rename the audiopara3 from the first post to read what i posted above or do i just drop the audiopara3.csv as its named?

no you don't need to worry about the AudioPara3_Diamond#C.csv.. just copy the file in post 1 to your windows directory and soft reset.

Seems like I'm seeing the same behavior as other people: When I use the AudioPara3.csv (any version...post#1, updated for lowmic later on, or others) I get good audio volume at first, but if I disable my phone (airplane mode) and enable the phone again the volume is much lower than stock.

If I toggle the volume on the side down a couple clicks and back up a couple clicks then it is loud again. How come I have to keep doing this in order to get loud volume? Is there a further edit to the AudioPara3.csv file or a registry key that might help make the initial volume after a AirPlane mode session return to full/Loud ?

the phone is set to default to Vol 3 after soft-reset or airplane mode. the only way to achieve what you are requesting would be to copy over the values for vol 5 level to vol 3... if you really want to do this send me a pm and i will walk you through it.

It'd be nice if the phone could be patched so that it simply would not screw with my volume settings when coming out of airplane mode / soft-reset. That's a rather nasty bug.

(Or they should have at LEAST given us a registry entry to set so that the volume wasn't screwed with unless we did it on purpose)
