Hey I also have the S9 and would like to try thyis do I just copy this AudioPara3s9tweaked.csv file to my windows folder or do I need to rename it to replace the AudiPara3.csv

you need to replace AudiPara3.csv so you have to rename the tweaked file to this.

I noticed that the links in the first post seem to be for alltell rom setups, are these files overall universal? Like can I use it on my sprint mogul? This has been one of my biggest problems with the mogul vs my 700WX my 700 was much louder both the earpiece and especially the speakerphone.

NO they are not universal.. they are DEVICE specific!!! for the Mogul you need to follow this thread...

its great, im totally astonished by how much of a difference this makes. props to badboy8813

this seriously made the difference between usable in my car and not usable for calls.
