Hard Reset

I have been having issues with pic mail , photos disappearing, Sprint tv and more. I gave up with hours upon hours with tech support. I did the hard reset in as instructed in the manual to no avail.

Any tips on how to hard reset this bad boy?

Have you tried to use the settings/system/clear storage application yet ?

no tell me more. i did the volume down, enter button then power button and the damn thing keeps just turning on...i am full of love/hate right now

Settings->System->Clear Storage.

With the hard reset, turn the phone off. Not just standby, but off. Hold down the enter and volume down, then press and hold the power button. That's worked 100% for me.

It will ask you to confirm this before it actually does the HR, so you can try it without worry.
